The Paola Rotary Club is seeking entries for this year’s Miami County Fair Parade. This year’s theme is “The Future is in Your Hands,” said Marlene Riebe, Rotary parade chairman. Entries are due July 15. There is no entry fee. The parade starts at 7 p.m. July 22 in front of Paola City Hall, travels around the Square and goes down Pearl Street to Osage Street, where the entries will turn to go to the fairgrounds. First- second- and third-place trophies will be awarded to the best 4-H floats, classic and antique tractors, horse or mule riders, and antique and classic autos.
