In this episode, Petra Hartleip talks to Barbara Godletts about her new novel, “Shattenkuhl.” It is partly a historical novel about Joseph Schaffel, the “savior of the Vienna Woods” and partly about present day Joseph Schaffel, who, contrary to the name, wants to build an office building in the Vienna Woods. The smaller, “patschertes” wanted to block the opposition camp.
