Karbonn offers the AO Stack software tool for M2 & M3 3D printers

3D printer manufacturer Carbon AO has introduced a software tool called Stack. This software tool is intended to expand the capabilities of the Carbon M2 and M3 3D printing systems.

AO Stack enables carbon users to produce up to three times more models in an unobserved print cycle. This feature is especially useful for the last print of the day, as it can significantly increase overnight production. It demonstrates Carbon’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of technology in dental laboratories and continuing to innovate in the automated operation suite.

“The introduction of the AO Stack is a milestone in our continued effort to deliver innovative and transformative solutions to our customers,” said Brice Harkey, senior product manager of oral health at Carbon. “AO Stack enables the creation of up to three models in one unattended print run, providing the ability to increase production capabilities overnight without additional hardware or supervision.”

Key features of the AO stack include an unobtrusive performance increase, allowing three times more models to be produced in a single print than traditional single-layer printing. Additionally, AO Stack is designed for seamless integration into daily operations and is supported by extensive Carbon Academy resources.

The introduction of AO stack is an important step in the further development of additive manufacturing technologies of carbon. With this new software solution, dental laboratories can significantly increase their productivity and improve their efficiency. This represents a significant advance for additive manufacturing technologies and demonstrates Carbon’s commitment to continued innovation in dental applications.
